乳腺癌对全球女性健康构成严重威胁,近年来发病逐渐呈年轻化趋势,而饮食干预是其一级预防的关键。特级初榨橄榄油富含单不饱和脂肪酸及油橄榄素、橄榄苦苷、羟基酪醇等多酚类活性成分,可以通过抗肿瘤增殖、促进凋亡、抑制侵袭转移以及抗炎抗氧化等多重能力抑制乳腺肿瘤的发生发展。本文对有关特级初榨橄榄油及其活性成分在乳腺癌发病风险及肿瘤细胞体内外动物实验证据及分子机制进行综述,以探讨其在乳腺癌一级预防和饮食干预中的潜在价值。
