随着乳腺癌患者发病年龄逐渐年轻化,乳腺腔镜技术的发展也日趋成熟,腋窝单孔腔镜辅助下乳房切除术加一期乳房重建更能满足年轻患者提高生活质量的要求。该手术方式如何选择合适的手术切口,如何优化乳腺腔镜手术过程,如何在一期乳房重建时保持乳房的美观,如何提高患者预后等均是临床医师广泛关注的问题。本文就腋窝单孔腔镜辅助下乳房切除术加一期乳房重建的研究进展进行综述。
