传统的乳房重建手术创伤大、并发症多,且术后遗留较长瘢痕影响乳房美观。随着腔镜技术应用于乳房重建,上述问题得到了很大的改善。目前常用的腔镜乳房重建术式有腔镜辅助下背阔肌皮瓣乳房重建术、腔镜辅助下大网膜填充乳房重建术和腔镜辅助下Ⅰ期假体乳房重建术。笔者回顾了各种术式在临床上的应用及发展,发现腔镜辅助乳房重建术式仍有很大的发展空间。
