乳腺癌患者术后康复现状与对策的研究进展

肩关节功能障碍是乳腺癌术后常见的并发症之一,是乳腺癌患者术后康复的重点。多种锻炼方式和康复模式用于改善并促进乳腺癌术后患者肩关节功能恢复,但其效果均不佳。乳腺癌术后康复存在着医患对术后功能锻炼认知不足,患者依从性差,患者康复需求未能满足等问题,影响乳腺癌患者肩关节功能恢复。本文总结乳腺癌术后康复现状,提出采用预康复、伴侣或同伴参与、居家功能锻炼等多种康复模式相结合,互联网+规范健康教育以满足乳腺癌患者的康复需求,调动乳腺癌患者功能锻炼的积极性,促进乳腺癌患者肩关节功能恢复,提高乳腺癌患者术后生活质量。
