Abstract:

The Internet + clinical practice is a new model of medical resource management and healthcare service. By the practice of Internet + ambulatory breast surgery, we made a systematic research on the key technologies and theoretical design. The theoretical design includes top-level system based on multidisciplinary collaboration, new problem-oriented work mode, patient-centered individualized treatment and demonstration design guided by medical regulations and medical ethic principles. In order to achieve those theoretical goals, seven key technologies have been developed, including unified language environment technology, network integration and splicing technology, automatic generation of medical records, one-stop patient-centered service, key technologies for achieving active participation of patients, online security and patient privacy protection. Through the process of survey and research on special subjects of this discipline, definition and application, problem analysis, service orientation, design planning, clinical experience, revision and improvement, the clinical application of Internet + ambulatory breast surgery is gradually achieved. It has the advantages of being time-saving, convenient and efficient, less cost, significantly increased patient participation and high safety, thus producing remarkable demonstration effect.
