乳腺癌患者性健康问题的研究现状与干预策略

性健康问题已成为乳腺癌患者全程管理的重要议题,性健康作为健康相关生活质量的重要组成部分日益受到关注。本文从流行病学现状、多维度影响机制、测评工具及干预手段等方面系统阐述乳腺癌患者性健康研究进展。流行病学调查显示乳腺癌患者性功能障碍发生率超过70%,但获得支持性照护者不足半数;手术、化疗及内分泌治疗可经生理—心理—社会途径损害性健康。测评方面建议以女性性功能指数为核心构建多维评估体系。研究显示心理干预可缓解性困扰,多模式联合干预优于单一疗法。未来需开发本土化评估工具、开展大样本追踪研究并推进跨学科综合管理。
