乳腺腔镜手术临床应用现状及训练路径

在微创外科理念引领现代外科学发展的今天,乳腺腔镜技术迅速发展,然而腔镜手术技术复杂,学习曲线长,初学者不易掌握。笔者分析中国乳腺腔镜手术临床应用现状和发展前景,回顾并分析多种乳腺腔镜手术的学习曲线,并总结中山大学附属第六医院乳腺外科实施乳腺腔镜手术的经验,旨在为乳腺腔镜手术初学者提供合理的训练路径,激发专科医师的学习兴趣,促进乳腺腔镜手术标准化、流程化。
