乳腺癌寡转移的局部治疗进展

乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,经过综合治疗后,有近30%患者会发生远处转移,转移性乳腺癌治疗棘手,预后差。如果远处转移灶的数目和大小都较局限,且处于低负荷肿瘤转移状态,不具备全身广泛转移的潜能,可能通过局部治疗达到完全缓解的转移病灶称为寡转移。对这部分寡转移的乳腺癌患者,治疗方式与全身广泛转移者不同,手术或放射治疗等局部治疗可能达到完全缓解。笔者就乳腺癌寡转移及常见寡转移器官的局部治疗进展进行综述。
