PER基因家族作为昼夜节律核心调控因子的关键成员,在维持机体正常生理节奏以及调控肿瘤发生与发展中扮演着至关重要的角色。本文将基于近期的研究成果,总结昼夜节律的分子机制及PER基因在恶性肿瘤中表达失调的相关证据,并概括PER基因在细胞周期、肿瘤细胞代谢、肿瘤免疫以及肿瘤治疗的作用。此外,本文还探讨了PER基因在恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗中的潜在应用前景。
