Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病合并浸润性乳腺癌一例

神经纤维瘤病(neurofibromatosis，NF)是一种常染色体显性疾病，分为2种亚型：周围型和中央型。周围型NF占大多数，发病率约为1/3 500，而中央型NF相对罕见，发病率约为1/50 000^[1]。Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤(neurofibromatosis type 1，NF1)是NF中最常见的一种，主要影响中枢和外周神经系统，其诊治标准尚未完全统一，其病例报道更是罕见。笔者报道了1例NF1合并浸润性乳腺癌的患者，并通过回顾文献，总结其治疗方面的进展，旨在提高临床医师对该类患者的关注。
