肉芽肿性乳腺炎不常见,但诊断和治疗相当棘手。 要根据不同临床表现、细菌学检查、免疫学检查和病理检查进行精准诊断和分类治疗的研究,在临床实践中不断总结经验,提高肉芽肿性乳腺炎的精准诊疗水平。 笔者从发病原因、精准诊断及精准分类处理3 个方面探讨了肉芽肿性乳腺炎的精准诊疗。

Granulomatous mastitis is an uncommon disease, but its diagnosis and treatment are tricky.According to different clinical manifestations, bacteriological, immunological and pathological findings, the doctors should practice the accurate diagnosis and classified treatment and accumulate clinical experiences so as to improve precision diagnosis and treatment of granulomatous mastitis. In this paper,we explored the precision diagnosis and treatment of granulomatous mastitis from three aspects including etiology, accurate diagnosis and classified treatment.
