随着影像技术的革新,越来越多的乳腺病灶通过影像立体定位下予以旋切或活检;新的诊疗策略有使更多的患者通过新辅助治疗后接受保留乳房、腋窝的手术,这些情况下金属标志物的使用将有助于靶病灶的影像随访和鉴别、手术或病理取材的定位等。 本文首选对金属标志物在乳腺疾病诊疗中的临床价值进行文献整理和综述,并对当前临床实践中金属标志物放置进行总结,以期有助于影像引导下良性靶病灶的精确定位、追踪及后续手术,有助于新辅助治疗患者原发灶和/或淋巴结病灶的疗效评估、手术定位及病理检查准确性。
